Learning, Support,
and Growth—
All Year Long
Empowering Educators goes beyond traditional professional development by providing continuous support throughout the school year. Rather than attending a single workshop and returning to the classroom alone, educators partner with Dr. Arbel through four in-person workshops and four virtual office hours each year.
These eight intentional touchpoints create opportunities to implement new strategies, receive personalized guidance, problem-solve real classroom challenges, and build confidence over time—ensuring that meaningful learning translates into lasting impact for both educators and students.

Annual Touchpoints
Ongoing virtual support between workshops where educators can ask questions, fine-tune strategies, collaborate with peers, and receive practical guidance for real-world classroom situations.
Each workshop includes a thoughtfully designed workbook with key concepts, practical tools, implementation strategies, and concise summaries to support learning during and long after each training.
Four in-person workshops paired with four virtual office hours provide year-round connection, ongoing feedback, accountability, and practical support to help educators confidently implement new strategies.
